Do I need to be home?
No. As long as exterior gates are unlocked and outdoor water spigots are accessible, we can complete the exterior window cleaning without you being home.

Light rain generally won't prevent traditional hand-wash and squeegee cleaning. Severe storms or high winds may require us to reschedule for a safer weather window.
