How do you price the jobs?
Prices are calculated via our transparent formula based on the number of panes you need cleaned (or the scope of work), ensuring every customer pays a fair, consistent rate.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No—for exterior work like window cleaning, gutters, lawn, snow, or holiday lights, just ensure clear backyard access and an outdoor faucet. We'll handle everything and send photo confirmation when finished.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, debit, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion, and invoices are provided on request.
What if my location isn't listed in your service areas?
We are constantly expanding our reach across Southern Ontario. Contact us with your address and requested service to see if our crew can accommodate your property.

Window Cleaning
What do you use to clean the windows?
We hand-clean each window with a strip-washing brush, squeegee, and premium microfiber rags. Our solution is pure water mixed with Dawn dish soap—proven to safely lift dirt without residue.
How long will window cleaning take?
• Exterior window cleaning: 30–90 minutes
• Interior + exterior cleaning: 1–2 hours
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We recommend twice per year (spring & fall). Properties near construction, heavy foliage, or busy roads benefit from quarterly cleanings.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
Light rain does not affect squeegeed clean glass. For severe weather (heavy downpours, high winds, lightning), we will reschedule at no extra charge.
Gutter Cleaning
How often should I clean my gutters?
We recommend twice a year—once in spring and once in late fall after leaves have completely dropped.
What do you do with the gutter debris?
We hand-clear all debris, collect it in compostable lawn bags, and leave them neatly curbside (or wherever requested) for pickup.
Do you flush the downspouts as well?
Yes, we check and clear all downspout connections to ensure proper water flow away from your home's foundation.
Christmas Light Service
What’s included in your Christmas light service?
Custom design, professional installation, season-long maintenance, removal, and off-season storage—including emergency bulb repairs within 24 hours.
Do I need to provide my own lights?
No—we supply commercial-grade, custom-cut LED lights and clips built specifically to fit your rooflines and greenery.
When do you take down the lights?
Takedown begins in early January. We schedule a convenient date with you and store all equipment safely until next season.
Lawn Care
How often do you cut the lawn?
Typically weekly or bi-weekly depending on grass growth rates and your personal preference.
Do you offer trimming and edging?
Yes—every lawn maintenance visit includes perimeter trimming, hard surface edging, and full driveway/walkway blowdown.
What do you do with the grass clippings?
We can mulch them back into the lawn for natural nutrient fertilization or bag and remove them, based on your preference.
Snow Removal
How does your snow removal service work?
We clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entryways using shovels and snow blowers depending on snowfall depth. Eco-friendly ice melt/salt is applied upon request.
When do you dispatch crews for snow removal?
We actively monitor weather patterns and dispatch crews automatically once accumulation reaches 2 inches.
Do I need to be home for snow removal?
No! As long as driveway access is clear and gates are unlocked, we complete the job and send a photo confirmation once finished.
