Window Cleaning
What do we use to clean the windows?
We hand-clean each window with a strip‑washing brush, squeegee, and premium microfiber rags. Our solution is plain water mixed with Dawn dish soap—proven to lift any removable stain.
How long will it take?
• Exterior window cleaning: 30–90 minutes
• Interior + exterior cleaning: 1–2 hours
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We recommend twice per year (spring & fall). If you’re near construction, heavy foliage, or busy roads, quarterly cleanings help keep windows looking their best.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
Light rain is no issue. For severe or unsafe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), we’ll reschedule at no extra cost—your safety and satisfaction come first.
Gutter Cleaning
How often should I clean my gutters?
We recommend twice a year—once in spring and once in fall, especially after leaves drop.
What do you do with the gutter debris?
We remove debris by hand, collect it in compostable lawn bags, and leave them curbside (or wherever you request) for pickup.

No—we supply commercial‑grade, bright, long‑lasting lights custom‑fitted to your home.
When do you take down the lights?
Takedown begins in early January; we’ll schedule the exact date with you and store your lights until next season.

How often do you cut the lawn?
Typically weekly or bi‑weekly, depending on your grass growth and your preference.
Do you offer trimming and edging?

What do you do with the grass clippings?
We can mulch them back into the lawn for natural fertilization or bag and remove them, based on your preference.
Snow Removal
How does your snow removal service work?
We clear snow from driveways, walkways, and entryways using shovels and snow blowers—depending on the size and depth of the snowfall. Salt is applied upon request.
When do you come for snow removal?
We monitor snowfall and dispatch our crews once accumulation exceeds 2 inches. If you're on our seasonal plan, you'll be automatically included after each snowfall.
Do I need to be home for snow removal?
Nope! As long as there’s clear access and no locked gates, we’ll complete the job and send you a photo confirmation once finished.
