Do I need to purchase lights?
No—you can provide your own or purchase from us at cost. We specialize in professional-grade, weatherproof LED strands engineered specifically for severe winter climates.
What if a bulb goes out?
Our 24-hour repair guarantee covers any outages—simply call or text us, and our team will arrive to swap out bulbs, clips, or strands at no extra cost to you.
Is off-season storage included?
Yes! Takedown, careful labeling, custom organizing in climate-controlled storage bins, and off-season storage are all fully included in our complete service package.
When do you start installing and taking down lights?
Installations begin as early as mid-October so your home is ready whenever you want to switch them on. Takedown begins right after New Year's Day and continues through January, weather permitting.
Do you supply outdoor timers and extension cords?
Yes. We provide all heavy-duty extension cords, commercial-grade gutter/shingle clips, and automatic photocell timers to ensure your lights turn on seamlessly at dusk.
Are your installers fully insured?
Absolutely. Our whole installation crew carries full commercial general liability insurance and active workers' compensation coverage so you have zero liability concerns while we work on your roof.
Can I customize the color scheme and layout?
Definitely. During our initial iPad design consultation, you can mix and match color palettes (warm white, cool white, classic multicolor, candy cane, etc.) and choose specific focal points like rooflines, trees, pillars, and walkways.
