Which lighting brands do you install?
We specialize in permanent outdoor smart lighting systems from leading brands such as Eufy and Govee. These systems provide app-based control and are designed for outdoor use.
Can I purchase the lights myself?
Absolutely. You can purchase your preferred Eufy or Govee lighting kit yourself and provide it to us for installation. We can also supply the lighting system as part of a complete turn-key package.
Is the installation covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every installation includes a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty covering the physical installation, mounting and cable fastening.
What type of power source is required?
The lighting control box plugs into a standard exterior GFCI outlet or suitable garage power source. During your quote, we'll help identify the best power location for your system.
Can the lights handle Canadian winters?
Eufy and Govee offer outdoor-rated lighting systems designed for exposure to rain, snow, UV and seasonal temperature changes. We install and secure the system with year-round outdoor conditions in mind.
Can I control the lights from my phone or with voice commands?
Yes. Compatible systems can be controlled through their respective mobile apps, and supported setups can integrate with smart-home platforms such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
What if my roofline has peaks, dormers or multiple sections?
That's no problem. We plan the installation around roof peaks, dormers, corners and breaks in the roofline, using appropriate extensions and cable routing to keep the installation clean and organized.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear exterior access and an accessible power source for testing, we can generally complete the installation without you being home. We'll provide completion photos once the work is finished.
